I'm Rubi, a psychotherapist, curious about what makes us human— from how our minds work to how our bodies hold our lived experiences.

As your therapist, my primary role is to guide your healing journey, while understanding you already know the way. I hold a deep respect for how early relationships, trauma, and attachment shape the way we learn to survive.

My clinical background includes working with survivors of intimate partner violence in shelter settings, adolescents impacted by trauma in community mental health, and teens with eating disorders, OCD, and substance misuse in residential treatment care.

I believe the foundation of all our emotional wounds lies in our attachments. Our earliest bonds shape our beliefs about our worth, our perception of the world, and our connection with others.

I believe the foundation of all our emotional wounds lies in our attachment. Our earliest bonds shape our beliefs about our worth, our perception of the world, and our connection with others.

Many of the people I work with are insightful and exhausted. They’ve learned to manage, contain, or override their inner world— often at great cost.

My ultimate goal is to create a safe space where you can feel at home within yourself.

Therapy with me is collaborative, intentional, and paced with care. I try to bring warmth, depth, and real world experience — balancing personal insight with nervous system awareness and parts-based healing.  If you feel drawn to connect, call/text me — whichever feels best to you.
